Westmeath County Council requires Urban Design, Economic and Masterplanning Consultancy Services for Regeneration and Development of lands at Loughanaskin, Athlone Co. Westmeath.
The regeneration of this 4.09ha strategically located land reserve into a highly sustainable and integrated new urban quarter adjoining the town centre of Athlone
The contract award is based on the appointment of a Multi-Disciplinary team to undertake Stage (i) and (ii) services in the preparation of an Urban Design and Economic led Masterplan.
A full description of the services required by the Client is provided in Schedule B of the Tender and Schedule for the Conditions of Engagement for Consultancy Services (Technical).
