The Digital Media Delivery requirements of the NRH have also continued to evolve over the last number of years. It has been decided that the best way forward for the NRH is to establish a framework with a suitably qualified tenderer to meet our Digital Signage, IPTV & Conferencing needs.
NRH would therefore like to invite responses from suitably qualified tenderers to be appointed as their Single Supplier Framework Partner for Digital Media Delivery Solutions.

Justification:  
Based on Article 27, Paragraph 3 of the European Union (Award of Public Authority
Contracts) Regulations 2016 (Statutory Instrument 284 of 2016) (the “Regulations”)
the Contracting Authority has substantiated a level or urgency in this RFT sufficient
to use an accelerated open procedure with a time limit of 15 days based on the
reasoning below:
• Due to the late finalisation of the full requirements and room data
sheets in relation to Digital Signage, IPTV and Conferencing
Suites; running this open procedure for 30 days would result in a
high risk that the required works resulting from this RFT would not
be completed before the scheduled opening date of the new
National Rehabilitation Hospital, and consequently delay the
opening of the hospital.
