Short description

Tipperary County Council require the services of a multi disciplinary design team to design enhanced pedestrian and cyclist links from the Suir Blueway at the Gas house bridge to the town centre and Suir Island. The proposed infrastructure includes:
(e) Two bridges over the River Suir measuring 56m and 46m in length connecting Suir Island to the Quay and Raheen Road
(f) A boardwalk approximately 154m in length to connect the Island amenity area, the bridges referenced above and the car park
(g) Improved footpath widths and shared areas to connect the existing Blueway to the Island and town centre.
(h) The infrastructure and spaces should be inviting, beautiful and functional.
(i) The Consultant shall be required to carry out all the activities required of the Designer and Project Supervisor for the Design Process (PSDP) for the scheme.
