Framework agreement with a single operator
In the case of framework agreements, provide justification for any duration exceeding 4 years:  The duration of the framework will initially be four (4) years with the option of extending it twice for three years each time, which in total would be ten years. This process is justified on the grounds of the considerable disruption that a change within a shorter period would entail.
