TII require qualified, experienced and innovative Graphic Design Services to support projects in the delivery of its communications strategy. For example the Graphic Design Services will further progress the MetroLink brand guidelines in order to gain consistency in style and design across all MetroLink printed and online communication materials. This contract will provide TII with Graphic Design Services.

Description of the procurement

This contract will include but is not limited to the following:
The MetroLink Project, Luas Projects and Corporate Requirements
The Consultant will be required to provide:
Graphic design inputs, layouts, illustrations and design solutions.
In-house graphic design resource for TII projects as they progress through to construction.
Supply all required hardware and software to the graphic designer including but not limited to portable computer, software and portable data/ broadband connection.
Ensure that the graphic designer will be able to call on all the necessary support and services from the Consultant to assist in the production of the required artwork.
Ensure that a consistent style and design is delivered across all communication outputs as they move through its various stages.
TII Marketing Department
The Consultant shall provide a graphic design service to the TII Marketing Department. The TII Marketing Department will provide Brand Guidelines and samples of similar items previously developed for reference. It is important that all services delivered can provide a range of design formats including use of photography, illustration, etc. TII shall provide brand specific images as available or stock images may be used.
Graphic Design Requirements
The Consultant will provide graphic design services, for both hard copy and digital format, from personnel experienced in outputting various advertising, branding and customer information formats.

TII will not be liable for any participant’s costs arising in connection with participating in the competition, irrespective of the outcome of the competition, or if the competition is cancelled or postponed.
