Clúíd Housing are seeking applications from suitably qualified manufactures of 3D Volumetric Housing for the Design, Manufacture, supply, Delivery and Installation of 3dVolumetric Housing with ancillary site works (including but not limited to site services, boundary treatment and landscaping) for Social Housing Residential Developments in 2 Lots:
Lot 1: Hepburn Court, Co. Laois and
Lot 2: Hewittsland, New Ross, Co. Wexford

Clúid Housing reserves the right to award contacts to the Most Economically Advantageous Tenderer for one or both Lots. If tenderers apply for both lots they must demonstrate to the satisfaction of Clúid Housing that they have the capability (financial and technical) to deliver all of the requirements of both contracts concurrently.

Should the score of applicants be the same or within 3% of the fifth scoring applicant, Clúid Housing reserves the right to (but is not required to) invite additional applicants to tender.

Comparative Cost will be evaluated based on a notional number and type of unit. Post Contract Award and depending on the outcome of the planning approval process, the contracting authority reserve the right to adjust the comparative cost / tender price in line with the Contracting Authority's requirements.
