Accomodation comprises 22nr new build single occupancy bedrooms, 1nr new build double bedroom and 14nr refurbished beds all with ensuite facilities, residents family room, residents and visitors meeting room, ancillary support rooms, dinning room, store rooms, dirty utility rooms, changing rooms, recreation rooms, assisted bathroom, treatment room; Internal refurbishment of existing ward accomodation, ancillary support rooms, together with upgrade works to fire alarm system, emergency lighting system, general lighting and water services; together with and including external and ancillary site works.
