The TU Dublin Estates Office manages the maintenance and upkeep of the building stock through maintenance projects and response works should they arise. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing a complete mechanical services engineering and management solution for the University’s operation and maintenance requirements relating to mechanical services installations and all that is necessary for the delivery of the required performance and/or for the execution of specified works activities including Labour and other personnel with appropriate skills, technical expertise and management expertise. Planned Preventative Maintenance, minor repairs and maintenance, emergency calls and small works fall within the remit of this Contract.
