DCCI and partner LEOs will take responsibility for the promotion of programmes and workshops and the collection of fees. Places on all courses & workshops will be bookable via the relevant LEO partner. Any payments relating to venues will be paid directly by the partnering LEO. DCCI in partnership with LEOs runs Building Craft and Design Training Programmes in response to industry needs as well as one day stand-alone workshops on pertinent topics. In all such cases it should be understood that such indications are to be treated strictly and solely for reference purposes only, to which the words "or equivalent" will always be appended.
11) Without prejudice to the principle of equal treatment, the contracting authority is not obliged to engage in a clarification process in respect of the procurement documents with missing or incomplete information. Therefore, respondents are advised to ensure that they return completed documentation in order to avoid the risk of elimination from the competition.
12) The services under this competition are defined as Title III Services within the meaning of Directive 2014/24/EU and as such the choice of procedure is at the discretion of the Contracting Authority which on this occasion is a Multi Stage Procedure involving Negotiation. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to award contracts on foot of original tenders or following negotiation at its discretion.
