Pre-qualification and Short Listing. Cork County Council wish to procure a works contractor to construct a proposed Housing Scheme. The works will consist of the construction of 51 no. houses and the conversion of Lower Tawnies Cottage and outhouses, which are protected structures, into 6 no. Houses, stores and meter rooms, associated site development works including foul and surface water drainage, attenuation, road realignment, new boundary treatments and landscaping.
Works may be completed on a phased basis; with phased substantial completion certificates issued to enable elements of the project to be occupied.
