Proposed ancillary works include, but are not limited to- the construction of footpath kerbing and roadway, provision for ducting for utilities, construction of surface water and foul drainage system including utilities, provision of earthworks, landscaping and construction of boundary treatments, construction of boundary walls and fences and temporary works.
