• Provide Pedestrian and Cycle Bridge 2 - Linking Crosses Green to the North West corner of the former Beamish & Crawford Site.
• Provide public realm improvements to the streets and existing bridges within the project area including South Main Street, Tobin Street, Turkey Street, South Gate Bridge, Proby’s Quay, Frenchs Quay, Crosses Green, Clarkes Bridge and Wandesford Quay
• Provide a Structural assessment for the repair and remediation of the public quay wall within the works area from Clarkes Bridge to South Gate Bridge

Description of the procurement

This tender relates to full services across all stages for the delivery of infrastructure to serve the Beamish & Crawford Quarter in Cork City. The infrastructure includes two pedestrian & cycle bridges, public realm upgrades of South Main St, Tuckey St, Proby's Quay, Crosses Green, Sullivan Quay etc. The project also includes the stabilisation and repair of the existing quay walls and other relates duties as outlined in the accompanying documents
