The appointment an appropriately qualified, skilled and experienced arboriculturalist to conduct ground level tree surveys of tree assets located on public roads, streetscapes and in housing estates, parks and open spaces under the Council’s control, for the purposes of tree risk management and to assist with the drawing up a planned programme and schedule of tree maintenance works. The service provider will be required to input data directly into the Council’s Tree Management System Arbortrack.
