Short description
Two lots are provided for:
Lot 1 includes the provision of
- A build and break service for assembly, set up and disassembly of existing DEASP stands at events throughout Ireland
- Ongoing storage of all existing DEASP backdrops and associated furniture which are re-used for these events
Lot 2 is for the design, production and delivery of quality, branded Departmental promotional items, required on an ongoing basis to promote the services and supports of DEASP, including but not limited to:
- Pull up banners
- DEASP backdrops for use at events and shows
- Staff lanyards
- Branded pens and branded stationery, other promotional items
- Branded apparrel e.g. t-shirts

Description of the procurement
Lot 1 includes the provision of
- a build and break service for assembly, set up and disassembly of existing DEASP stands at events throughout Ireland
- ongoing storage of all existing DEASP backdrops and associated furniture which are re-used for these events
DEASP currently owns 5 rigid build backdrops measuring approximately 3 meters by 3 meters and will require the Tenderer to store these and to provide a service to the Contracting Authority for build and break of these backdrops at public events and/or trade events eg. National Ploughing Championships, Pregnancy and Baby Fairs, Over 50's Fairs etc and other similar conferences and events. The Tenderer must have the ability to provide a build and break service on demand, with an ability to provide this service with a minimum of two weeks notice prior to an event in Ireland
In addition to these backdrops, this storage service must also include the storage of associated event furniture (5 individual metre tall pods and 1 modular "Evolve" counter measuring 3 metres by 1 metre approximately) when not in use at events.
Price is not the only award criterion and all criteria are stated only in the procurement documents

This requires the manufacture and supply of ordered materials within a minimum of two weeks from the date of order placement
