An Post is seeking to appoint a service provider to Service and Maintain Security Gates & Barriers at its premises nationally and will use this Prequalification Questionnaire (PQQ) to shortlist aplications from interested parties.
Services would include provision of Scheduled Maintenance (PPM) at all sites; Reactive Maintenance at all sites; related Minor Replacements and Improvements at any site; Emergency Call Out to any site. Services are required to be delivered 24/7/365.
It is anticipated that the Contract will commence in 2020 and continue for a period of three (3) years, subject to continuing overall satisfactory performance, with an option for An Post to extend the Contract for a further period(s) up to 4 years (2 years + 2 years).
