The Contracting Authority’s primary strategic objective of this competition is to promote the creation of world class Digital Sector companies by procuring the Services of a Preferred Tenderer to provide support to the Irish start-up ecosystem with education, mentorship and investment in early ventures and entrepreneurs with high impact and growth potential who operate in the Digital Sector in Ireland (“Start-ups”).
From a national perspective, the Contractor should be focused on creating high-value jobs in the Digital Sector, promoting digital innovation and digital entrepreneurship through the delivery of the Services.
