Description of the procurement

The daa is looking to Standardise end-to-end processes across HR activities and functions, this means putting in place an integrated, user-friendly technology that makes it easy to work efficiently.
Better technology will contribute to a better employee experience, increase information accuracy, and encourage everyone to be more proactive in managing their HR information - and their career.
Currently Processes are currently off system, and applied manually and inconsistently across the business. The quality and governance of our underlying people data is a key issue for all of our core HR processes and we have no systemised controls to manage same. Our current HR system was implemented 20 years ago, has not been upgraded, and is now end of life.
We need to support our people by clearly defining our processes, and embedding them into a systemised solution. Bringing all our people data on system, with clearly defined processes and system controls, will also enable us to address GDPR and compliance risks.
