Any Contract awarded under this competition will be for a term of 5 years. The Contracting Authority reserve the right to extend the term for a period or periods of up to 2 years with a maximum of 2 such extensions on the same terms and conditions, subject to the contracting Authority’s obligations at law. (Possible 9-year contract in total)
In addition to this Tenders were asked to include a price option for Software and Licensing. It is IMPORTANT TO NOTE:- The Contracting Authority reserve the right to purchase licences separately from any contract awarded under this competition.

Additional information

€566,731 refers to the Whole life Contract Value over a possible 9 year period and includes the initial 5 year contract and option to extend. Review procedure

Precise information on deadline(s) for review procedures: 
Instrument SI 130 of 2010, until after the expiry of the standstill period which commences on the day following the date of notification of concerned candidates and tenderers. The duration of the Contracting Authority will not conclude this reviewable public contract, to which a standstill period applies. In accordance with Irish Statutory standstill period will be 14 calender days where notifications are sent electronically or by fax and 16 calender days where these are sent by any other means. The Statutory Instrument mentioned above provides that review procedures are available in the High Court to a person who has or has had an interest in obtaining the reviewable public contract and alleges that he or she has been harmed or is at risk of being harmed by an infringement of the law in relation to that reviewable public contract
