The successful Vendor will provide SharePoint services to the EPA as a part of an ICT team.
The requirement is for one vendor to provide resources as needed to help support EPA SharePoint requirements. The expectation is that the vendor will have the skills required and the EPA will draw down on the resources as needed.
This support is required in 3 activity areas of the ICT Team;
- ICT Delivery Team (Data Management activity) requires regular maintenance and monitoring of EPAs SharePoint databases.
- ICT Delivery Team (Development activity) requires 3rd line support for such in-house systems as LEMA, CRM integrations, GMO, InfoPath technology (used in HR, Publishing, Emails & Outlook), Security roles and the extranet for EDEN.
- ICT Operations Management Team (Service Desk activity) requires support for 1st & 2nd line requests for help.

Description of the procurement

The successful Vendor will provide SharePoint services to the EPA as a part of an ICT team.

- ICT Operations Management Team (Service Desk activity) requires support for 1st & 2nd line requests for help. Calls need to be escalated to the contracted partner/vendor, call resolved, and the call fix shared with EPA Service Desk, so knowledge is captured in tool for future calls.
This support is required for EPA HQ in Wexford and all regional offices. The ICT Team is primarily based in Wexford. The contract requirement is for both on-site (mainly based in EPA Headquarters Wexford) and Off-site resources (Remote Access Clients Base) as specified by the EPA.
The EPA is establishing a single operator framework agreement for the procurement of for provision of SharePoint services from one partner/vendor who will have the required skills that match the work being requested at any given time from the EPA. It is expected that the successful tenderer will have a pool of resources rather than a single resource.
