Main site or place of performance:
City Hall, Merchant's Quay, Limerick
Limerick City & County Council, Kildare County Council, and Meath County Council, as the lead authorities in the national SugarCRM Working Group, have been running their operations on their respective instances of a common SugarCRM CE platform for approximately 6 years.
This platform has been extensively customised from the basic SugarCRM Community Edition platform that we started with in 2013. Across the three local authorities mentioned, it now provides advanced case management functionality, service catalog capabilities, mapping features, supports multiple internal business processes as well as online services offered within both customer and councillor portals on our respective websites, has a mobile app for offsite interactions with the CRM, has been integrated with other internal council systems, and contains many custom modules that have been developed to handle inspections, enforcements, permits, grants, fines, payments, prosecutions, legislation, representatives and management of assets, to name just a few. It is also the tool that the work of the Customer Services department in each local authority is based upon, so is critical to the daily operation of each authority.
The three local authorities are now at a point where they would like to upgrade their CRM platforms to an enterprise-standard CRM product for better compliance with data protection legislation and the GDPR.
This Request for Tender (RFT) covers the provision of an enterprise-standard CRM solution (licences as well as professional and support services) for Limerick City & County Council, Kildare County Council, & Meath County Council. Please refer to the attached RFT document for detailed information.
