Description of the procurement

Sligo County Council is seeking a Design Team to deliver the plaza as a state of the art, modern civic space with a linked trail of two lengths. One short trail of 1.5km within Sligo town and a longer 8.5km route to Carns Hill.
The successful Landscape Architect Led Design Team will be responsible for detailed design, detailed cost estimate, the tender process and construction administration stages of the project. A more
detailed description of the anticipated project stages is included in the sections below.
