Short description

Clare County Council (the “Authority”) now wish to establish Framework Agreements for each of the following Design Consultancy Services;
 Lot 1: Architect including PSDP, Conservation and Fire Safety Design
Lot 2: Civil / Structural Engineer.
 Lot 3: Mechanical & Electrical Engineer.
 Lot 4: Quantity Surveyor.
The consultants included on the Framework Agreements, who will be appointed individually, will be required to provide professional design related services on projects for the Housing Directorate general architectural services programme, maintenance programme and Social Housing Investment Programme. In addition, projects relating to the planning, design, construction and maintenance of Local Authority owned buildings and land banks, including libraries, leisure centre maintenance and corporate building design services for which the Authority is responsible may also be included on the Framework ("the Framework Agreement").
