Waterford City and County Council (“The Council”) invites requests to participate in a competitive dialogue procedure from economic operators aimed at the development of a dynamic, immersive, state-of-the-art, world-class visitor experience in Waterford City, Ireland which will attract over 200,000 visitors annually.
