Short description
This competition is being conducted by Beaumont Hospital on behalf of RCSI Hospitals. The Contracting Authority intends to establish a framework agreement with suitably-qualified and experienced medical service providers for (i) the conduct of ENT surgical procedures and (ii) the provision of an Inpatient or Daycase (IPDC) service. Under the IPDC service, the successful framework members will (a) see and discharge a patient, (b) see a patient, perform surgery, review the outcome of the surgery and discharge the patient or (c) see the patient and refer the patient back to the Contracting Authority. In such instances, the framework member in question shall be responsible for all administrative and operational duties associated with scheduling appointments for patients referred by the Contracting Authority.
