Short description
The Contracting Authority proposes awarding a Contract for the Provision of Maintenance and Repair of Wayfarer Machines for three years period. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend this Contract(s) for a further period/s of up to 12 months, and a further 12months as agreed by the Contracting Authority. The proposed contract is for Maintenance and Repair of 3 types of Electronic Ticketing Machines (ETM’s), the Ticket Machines includes the TGX150, Wayfarer3, Depot Readers, and Point of Sales (Way3) type devices. TGX150 GRPS modem trays are also included. Standardised maintenance and a repair procedure to be followed through in an agreed time scale. All repair details should be logged for auditing purposes, and all devices must be packaged accordingly to protect the equipment in transit and shipped using the approved Bus Eireann Courier services
