Short description

The Contracting Authority intends to establish three separate framework agreements with suitably-qualified and experienced service providers for the provision, on an outsourced basis, of (i) general surgery, (ii) plastic surgery and (iii) neurosurgery procedures.
Additionally, under Lot 2 of the competition (Plastic Surgery), the successful framework members may be required to provide an outpatient outsourced model for patients, whereby the framework member will (a) see and discharge a patient, (b) see a patient, perform surgery, review the outcome of the surgery and discharge the patient or (c) see the patient and refer the patient back to the Contracting Authority. In such instances, the framework member in question shall be responsible for all administrative and operational duties associated with scheduling appointments for patients referred by the Contracting Authority.
