Description of the procurement

This Lot comprises the extensive refurbishment and extension of existing Block (L) to accommodate facilities for the Faculty of Engineering & Design YAADA Department (Yeats Academy of Arts Design and Architecture). The existing building is predominantly single storey of 1,520sqm with refurbishment involving full element replacement to at least current Building Regulations energy standards and the proposed extension(s) will be approx. 1,050sqm.
