Dublin Bus has a requirement for the services of a competent Heating and Plumbing contractor to provide maintenance services for a period of three (3) years. At its option, Dublin Bus may extend this contract for a maximum of two (2) consecutive terms of one (1) year each. The maximum duration of this contract is five (5) years including the two (2) optional extensions.

Maintenance works of all facilities and small new-
works estimated be less than seven thousand Euro
(€7000) excluding VAT. Lot 1 value is estimated to
be in the region of one hundred and thirty thousand
Euro (€130,000) per annum excluding VAT. This lot
will be awarded to the overall highest-ranked
tenderer.
