Trinity College Dublin hosts a diverse range of bespoke events which require rental of audio visual (AV), staging, lighting and videography services to complement the existing campus infrastructure. The requirement includes equipment operator and ICT support services to deliver the AV solutions. A Framework of vendors will be appointed (maximum 5 no.) to provide a complete solution for each event. To this end, we wish to obtain tenders for the specification and requirements for a specific event, the launch of the Trinity Business School (TBS), set out at Appendix 1.
