National Framework for the Provision of Managed Business Process Support Services Request for Information (RFI) And Prior Information Notice (PIN)
Within the next twelve months, the Office of Government Procurement may wish to establish a 2nd generation National Framework for the Provision of Managed Business Process Support Services (MBPSS) for suitably qualified service providers with appropriate expertise in the fields of Business Process Outsourcing.
