Short description
The core objective of the Services is to provide real estate services in the following areas related to the BusConnects Infrastructure Programme:
(i) Negotiating on behalf of the Authority in relation to all property acquisitions;
(ii) Assisting the Authority at arbitration in relation to property acquisitions;
(iii) Preparing valuations for all property to be acquired, to include preparing estimates of acquisition costs to be included in the Business Case for each Scheme.
In addition, the Service Provider will be required to provide general advice and assistance to the Authority in relation to all aspects of property acquisition as set out in the Request for Tenders.

The Contract will be for an initial period of 2 years. At the discretion of the Authority, the Contract may be renewed annually up to a maximum of 2 years after the end of the initial period.
