Fingal County Council is seeking to establish a Multi-Party Framework Agreement for Employers Representative Led Integrated Design Team Services for construction and refurbishment/upgrading/repair type projects including but not limited to Residential use, Estate/Public Space areas, Public Buildings and Facilities, Public Realm type works, etc. The construction projects envisaged will range in value from €1 million – circa €20 million and may be a combination of a number of sub-projects for residential and/or other related projects such as libraries, community facilities, etc.
Projects may require full or partial Stage Service delivery as set out in Schedule B of the Tender and Schedule; these will be defined in future mini-competitions to the framework members. The Multi Party Framework will be made available for use by Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council, South Dublin County Council and Wicklow County Council also.

• Project A – Full design team service for delivery of a proposed residential construction project at Hayestown, Rush, County Dublin
• Project B – Partial consultancy service for the project oversight, control and administration of a Contractor Design & Construction contract for 69 Accelerated Delivery Dwellings at Cappaghfinn 3, Cappagh Road, Cappogue, Dublin 11.
