Short description
The delivery, under the management of the contracting authority, of two part-time accredited undergraduate programmes in public procurement. The programmes will be delivered through blended learning. Such delivery would include classroom-based teaching over the academic year (September to June), the provision of course material, complete assessment of the programmes, student support, regular interaction with the contracting authority on matters arising, programme development, and quality assurance obligations. The programmes are a Certificate in Public Procurement and a Professional Diploma in Public Procurement. Both programmes are accredited by the National University of Ireland and attract adult professionals who are working in the procurement area within the Irish public service. There will likely will be more than one iteration of these programmes over an academic year. The successful tenderer will deliver both programmes.
