Short description
Lucan Swimming Pool will be a new single storey building comprising 3,219 square metres of accommodation. The Building will contain: one Multi Use pool with movable floor and one larger pool, Plant rooms, Gym accommodation, changing areas, Public Cafeteria and Staff accommodation. The building is designed to have low energy use to comply with the draft Part L for non-domestic buildings and nZEB EU Directive. It will incorporate renewable energy sources. It includes all access, ancillary & welfare facilities, mechanical & electrical installations and all necessary carparking, public realm and site works.
In order to qualify for consideration each tenderer must submit the form QW1 SAQ.
It is a requirement that the tendering contractor must have:
Successfully completed FOUR projects (maximum) of similar nature and complexity operating in the capacity as a main contractor. These projects shall include a list of principal specialists / sub-contracts employed on the projects.
