Limerick Twenty Thirty DAC (LTT) wish to procure a PM led Integrated Project Management Team (IPMT) to provide project and cost management services,in accordance with the CWMF for the delivery of Project Opera. Subject to planning approval, the project will be a major commercial, residential, and civic and cultural development in Limerick City Centre. Project Opera is the subject of a current Planning Application submitted directly to An Bord Pleanala. The IPMT will include Project Manager, Employer's Representative, PSDP, QS and M&E QS and Assigned Certifier.
