Subject to planning approval, the project will be a major commercial, residential, and civic and cultural development in Limerick City Centre. Project Opera is the subject of a current Planning Application submitted directly to An Bord Pleanala. The IPMT will include Project Manager, Employer's Representative, PSDP, QS and M&E QS and Assigned Certifier.
