Short description

This is a call to competition by IE for the procurement of the supply, installation, and maintenance of large LED advertising displays to be used typically for commercial advertising and special message alerts. The screens will be primarily deployed in the ‘Digital Out of Home’ (DOOH) environment initially on several pre-determined bridge locations which will be prepared in advance by Iarnród Éireann/Irish Rail to house the screens. Iarnrod Eireann will engineer and install the primary support frames (‘the primary frame’) onto to each bridge in advance. Tenderers will be required to supply and install each LED display together with ancillary framework (‘the secondary frame’) onto the pre-installed primary frame, together with operational software, media players, provisions for connection electrical supply and fixed data supply. Each LED bridge display will require a web cam installed for monitoring.
