Contract for the construction of facility upgrades/modifications at GNI UK Beattock Compressor Station in Scotland.
The scope will include the construction, installation, commissioning and certification of the new temporary bypass tie-ins, splitting of suction and discharge headers, suction throttling facility and AGI DCS control system integration. The works will require interfaces with existing site infrastructure and equipment such as the suction and discharge headers, existing pipework, compressor buildings, site electrical system, SCADA, ducting, drainage and existing civil layout. The works will require liaison throughout the project duration with various stakeholders, particularly the Clients Operations Team and Engineers.

Description of the procurement

Contract for the construction of facility upgrades/modifications at GNI UK Beattock Compressor Station in Scotland.

The construction stage will include:
1 Pre-construction works including site-investigations and surveys, HAZCON, preparation of all HSQE documentation and programming and sequencing to ensure station operation is maintained
2 Installation of a temporary supply to maintain station operations during works
3 Installation of pipe arrangement to split suction and discharge headers.
4 Installation of suction throttling arrangement
5 Liaise and assist C&I contractor for SCS integration
6 Testing, Snagging, Commissioning and Site Acceptance Tests
Handover to Client with complete H&S File including all records, residual risk register, full life cycle O&M schedule and manuals
