The Department of Children and Youth Affairs is in the process of convening an Expert Group to develop a new funding model for Early Learning and Care (ELC) and School-Age Childcare (SAC) in Ireland. The Successful Tenderer will be awarded a term contract to undertake work to inform the Expert Group. This will involve:
- producing a series of working papers;
- managing and reporting on stakeholder engagement; and
- providing advice and assistance to the Expert Group, as required.
The successful Tenderer may also be required to provide assistance on related matters to the Department of Children and Youth Affairs.
