Short description

The Central Bank of Ireland (CBoI) has acquired Block 4 & 5 at the Dublin Landings Development, Dublin 1.
The Developer will complete CAT B Works, in addition to the base build and CAT A Works.
CBoI now intends to appoint a Project Monitoring Team to monitor these Works on their behalf and are seeking to engage the services of a multi-disciplinary Purchasers Monitoring Team, led by an Architect, to perform the services set out in the Scope of Service document available at the above mentioned address.
CBoI reserves the right, as the Project progresses, to require the successful tenderer to carry out additional services (including design services) as may be required, see section 1.5 of the Scope of Services Document for details.
