Description of the procurement

To establish a multi-supplier Qualification System (“QS”) for the ongoing delivery of software licensing and maintenance support for all entities in the CIE Group. The life cycle of this Qualification System will be 5 years maximum.The following is an indicative non-exhaustive list of the main requirements that need to be met:-Please note that it is not necessary that the applicants can cover all the requirements as some of the elements will be specialized.

Additional information

CIE Group IT&T has annual requirements for renewal of software licensing and maintenance support for a variety of software systems, infrastructure systems and security products. The CIE Operating Companies (Irish Rail, Bus Éireann, Bus Átha Cliath amd CIE Tours International) may also have particular requirements for software licensing and maintenance support services from time to time.

The Conditions to be fulfilled by the economic operators in view of their qualification. Entry to the Qualification system shall be determined by a panel review of each response to the Prequalification Questionnaire PQQ. The selection criteria of technical and professional ability is defined within the PQQ.
