To establish a multi-supplier Qualification System (“QS”) for the ongoing delivery of software licensing and maintenance support for all entities in the CIE Group. CIE Group IT&T has annual requirements for renewal of software licensing and maintenance support for a variety of software systems, infrastructure systems and security products. The CIE Operating Companies (Irish Rail, Bus Éireann, Bus Átha Cliath amd CIE Tours International) may also have particular requirements for software licensing and maintenance support services from time to time.

The Conditions to be fulfilled by the economic operators in view of their qualification. Entry to the Qualification system shall be determined by a panel review of each response to the Prequalification Questionnaire PQQ. The selection criteria of technical and professional ability is defined within the PQQ.
