The site for this proposed residential scheme is located in Tallaght, Dublin 24. The site located adjacent to Whitestown Way between the Tallaght Stadium and Sean Walsh Park. The site is currently primarily used as a South Dublin County Council depot.
The proposed design provides 81 units, consisting of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and associated site developments.
The proposed future occupants will be older people. The design has been undertaken targeted at this population group.
The Contracting Authority is currently considering the option of an enabling works contract in advance of the main works contractor. This decision will be clearly described at invitation to tender stage.
