Short description

The delivery of Housing First accommodation and intensive support in the North West (Sligo, Donegal and Leitrim) for a term of three years. It will be subject to satisfactory annual review of performance and delivery of targets and government funding. Sligo County Council, as the Contracting Authority, reserves the right at its sole discretion to extend the contract for a period or periods of up to 12 months, with a maximum of two such extensions or extensions on the same terms and conditions, subject to Sligo County Council’s obligations at law.
The towns of Sligo in Sligo, Letterkenny in Donegal and Carrick on Shannon in Leitrim have been identified as the towns around which the concentration of the Housing First service will largely focus due to the existing availability of services in these areas.
