This Information Memorandum, including the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) and any other updates or clarifications subsequently sent to interested parties (together the “Pre-qualification procurement documentation”) is issued in relation to the procurement competition to award a contract for Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) delivery of a ground mounted solar farm at Timahoe North, County Kildare ,Ireland as published in the supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union. The purpose of this pre-qualification process is to establish a short-list of suitable candidates with the required capability to successfully provide the contracting entity’s requirements, who will subsequently be invited to take part in the tender stage of the procurement competition.
