The successful Tenderer will be required to advise and assist SOLAS to develop and support the roll out for campaigns to promote Apprenticeship, Traineeship, Employee Development, and eCollege, the work may involved but not limited to:
• Provide integrated communications solutions to achieve campaign objectives
• Provide strategic planning, evidence-based and creative recommendations to support the SOLAS’s objectives
• Plan and manage approved creative deliverables under SOLAS’s one-off or integrated campaigns to achieve the SOLAS objectives
• Design, develop, copy write and produce concepts, content and materials across all channels;
• Review campaign solutions and concepts
• Input into evaluation models to assess the effectiveness of proposed and completed campaigns
• Provide expertise in behaviour change communications and modelling
• Provide oversight of campaigns as they progress and suggest necessary modifications to ensure deliver of maximum efficacy

Description of the procurement

The successful Tenderer will be required to advise and assist SOLAS to develop and support the roll out for campaigns to promote Apprenticeship, Traineeship, Employee Development, and eCollege, the work may involved but not limited to:
• Provide integrated communications solutions to achieve campaign objectives;
• Provide strategic planning, evidence-based and creative recommendations to support the SOLAS’s objectives;
• Plan and manage approved creative deliverables under SOLAS’s one-off or integrated campaigns to achieve the SOLAS objectives;
• Design, develop, copy write and produce concepts, content and materials across all channels;
• Pre-test concepts and proposed communications solutions where required;
• Review campaign solutions and concepts from national and international sources;
• Input into evaluation models to assess the effectiveness of proposed and completed campaigns;
• Liaise or report as required with the Client’s internal divisions, external stakeholders; any partner organisations or 3rd party service providers including SOLAS’s Public Relations and Media Agencies and any other nominated suppliers to ensure all campaign outputs and solutions are fully integrated, offer effective resource allocation and value for money and are client-centered;
• Provide expertise in behaviour change communications and and modelling.
• Provide oversight of campaigns as they progress and suggest necessary modifications to ensure deliver of maximum efficacy;
• Provide a detailed evaluation report of the effectiveness of the creative services and Agency input to any campaign following its completion to include learning and recommendations for any future activity.
The overall aim of the campaign will be to develop multi-channel creative and digital campaigns that promote Apprenticeship, Traineeship, Employee Development, and eCollege as valued education and training routes.
The Framework will run for 12 months with an option to extend for a further 12 months.
