Short description

The Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) has a mission to play a leading role in transforming Ireland into a society based on sustainable energy structures, technologies and practices. Advertising is utilised by SEAI for a number of reasons within strategically integrated communications campaigns. The specific task will be determined in accordance with each campaign.
SEAI invites responses to this Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (“PQQ”) from economic operators for the provision of the Services as described in Appendix 1 to this PQQ.
Any contract that may result from this competition will be issued for a term of 12 months with the option to extend twice for a further 12 months. The estimated value of the contract is up to €750,000. For more information about this notice please refer to the PQQ published on www.etenders.gov.ie

Description of the procurement

The Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) has a mission to play a leading role in transforming Ireland into a society based on sustainable energy structures, technologies and practices. Its key objectives are implementing strong energy efficiency actions, accelerating the development and adoption of technologies to exploit renewable energy sources, supporting innovation and enterprise for our low-carbon future and supporting evidence-based response that engage all actors.
Advertising is utilised by SEAI for a number of reasons within strategically integrated communications campaigns. The specific task will be determined in accordance with each campaign.
SEAI invites responses to this Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (“PQQ”) from economic operators for the provision of the Services as described in Appendix 1 to this PQQ.
