Clúid Housing proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a Dynamic Purchasing System for the provision of Architect Led Integrated Design Team Services for Housing Projects Nationwide. The Integrated Design Team will be led/co-ordinated and managed by the Architect and comprise Architectural, Civil and Structural Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying and Landscape Architect as the Principal Services.

Additional information

All rules on the suitability required under the DPS are detailed in the Procurement Documentation available to download from www.etenders.gov.ie using System ID 153040). Applicants are invited to participate on a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Architect Led Integrated Design Team Services for Residential projects Nationwide. A DPS is a method set out in the EU Procurement Directives for the procurement of supplies, works or services of all values. It can be set up to cater for categories of requirements which can be structured on geographic areas, value, product type etc. This DPS will be used to procure Design Team Services for Residential projects in Ireland in 2 separate categories related to the anticipated construction value of the project:
Category 1 – Integrated Design Team Services on Residential Projects with a construction value LESS than €10million
Category 2 – Integrated Design Team Services on Residential Projects with a construction value HIGHER than €10million.
In order to qualify for consideration Applicants must meet the minimum qualification criterial laid down by the Contracting Authority relevant to each Category. Entry to the DPS is continually open for new applications, however an initial closing date will apply for the first round of applications. All Applicants who qualify are then invited to tender for each and every competition under the relevant category.
