Short description

The Higher Education Authority proposes to enter into a Technical Dialogue with potential providers of financial management software systems and related services. The purpose of this PIN is to invite interested parties with appropriate systems and knowledge in this area to contact The Higher Education Authority with a view to engaging in a Technical Dialogue.
The Technical Dialogue will afford The Higher Education Authority with a full understanding of new financial management systems/solutions and service providers in the market place. Ultimately, it is envisioned that issues discussed during the dialogue will inform the production of a specification for use in a competitive process relating to the procurement of a financial management system. Please refer to the attached document and questionnaire for further details.
