Short description

1.1 The Embassy of Ireland, Canberra, 20 Arkana Street, Yarralumla, ACT 2600, requires the services of a suitably qualified Landscape Gardening and Ground Maintenance company to:
1.1.1 Maintain and upgrade lawns
1.1.2 Maintain and prune trees and hedges,
1.1.3 Maintain and replant as required flowerbeds, shrub beds, plant containers
The work will involve all ground maintenance services including grass-cutting, hedge trimming, preparation and planting of flower/shrub beds, weeding, watering, feeding of plant beds, removal of old flowers/shrubs, pruning, weeding, application of weed killer, fertilising, soil and compost replacement, and garden waste disposal. The service provider will be required to be on site a minimum of two days a week (between Monday and Friday) and allocate a minimum of 16 hours per week for 50 weeks for the provision of this service. This minimum may be subject to change dependent on seasonal changes and the Embassy’s business needs.

Description of the procurement
