This notice relates to the development of an Advance Office Building for IDA Ireland at IDA Business & Technology Park Finisklin, Sligo designed to provide high quality office accommodation. The project involves the construction and completion of Advance Office Building, including reinforced Concrete (RC) foundations and ground floor slab, blockwork and RC rising walls, steelwork frame, composite metal cladding, curtain wall glazing, RC and blockwork walls, stud partitions, composite floors and precast stairs, glazing and doors, M+E installations, lifts, associated siteworks and an ESB Substation/Switchroom. The unit will be completed to Category A level fit-out in the office areas. The site is located at IDA Finisklin Business & Technology Park, Sligo and the building will have an approximate gross floor area of 4,465 m2.
