Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers

List and brief description of conditions:  1. The intended service provider or any employees or agents of the service provider, who deliver the on-site service must hold a qualification of a minimum of a Level 8, 180 -240 ECTS, on the Irish National Framework of Qualifications in the area of education or and psychology. Transcripts from the awarding authority must be provided as part of the tender. Transcripts must also be provided in respect of additional professional qualifications cited. Prior to the award of a contract, IADT may require to view the original documents.
2. Evidence of experience of working with students with disabilities for a minimum of three years in either the FE or HE Sectors is required.
